This 2018 Appassimento is made from Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon 100% Appassimento style.

After naturally dehydrating the grapes for 60 days, this vintage was aged for 30 months in French oak. Only 40 cases were produced.

Expect full bodied, bold, with a buttery/velvety texture. Deep purple in colour, it boasts elegant aromas of black fruits, dried figs, dates and cinnamon with a long lasting finish.

Sugar Content: 6 g/L

Alcohol Content: 15%

Suggested Food Pairings: Strip Loin, Ribeye Steak, or Pasta Bolognese.

Created for long term aging, if you plan on enjoying this wine in its youth we suggest decanting for 2 hours prior to serving.
