Here's a little about each wine in February's curated shipment:

Specialty Rose: deep pink in colour, more robust rosé that’s a little more suited to winter drinking, with flavors of ripe red fruit and hints of spice. More suited to winter drinking and also perfect to enjoy celebrating Valentine's Day with your love.

Sauv Blanc: Aged in French Oak for 18 months, this wine is medium bodied and dry, with notes of grapefruit, fresh herbs, and gooseberry. Perfect for weekend dinners with friends.

180 Red: Our signature red blend of Gamay Noir, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. Medium bodied & dry with notes of cherry, vanilla, and raspberry.

Cab Merlot: Aged for 24 months, this wine is medium-full bodied and dry. Expect notes of black currant, plum, and vanilla.

Meritage: An elegant blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. This Gold-Metal winner is full bodied and dry, with notes of black currant, raspberry, and coffee.

Late Harvest Vidal: A sweet dessert wine with notes of honey and apricot. Perfect for enjoying with sharp cheeses, tomato soup and grilled cheese, or simply on it's own.
